R Energy1 was established in July 2011 by the younger generation of the Rokas Group, and since then, it has been developing and operating facilities for renewable energy sources, with a focus on solar and wind energy. In December 2022, the operations of R Energy1 were transferred to R Energy1 Holding, which since then became the parent company of the Group.
Over the past eleven years, the Group has successfully executed an investment plan totaling around €60 million, resulting in a total installed capacity of approximately 44 MW across 80 PV parks. The growth of R Energy1 Holding continues steadily, with its investment program advancing at an intensive pace. The Group aims to achieve a total installed capacity exceeding 400 MW by the end of 2027.
In this context, new projects for wind and photovoltaic parks with a total capacity of approximately 350 MW are being developed and designed – of which more than 200 MW are in the final stage of development.
In the critical field of Energy Storage, the group has already submitted applications for projects totaling over 300 MW, of which 150 MW are expected to receive a "green light" to participate in an upcoming tender.
