Kostis Valaris became part of R Energy1 Holdings in January 2020, initially as a Project Engineer, and currently serves as a Development Manager. In his current role, he oversees the development of new solar, wind, and hydroelectric assets, optimizing existing plants. Additionally, he is responsible for the technical design, licensing, and asset performance for all the plants.
Bringing a decade of experience from the Telecom and Aviation Industry, Kostis has a solid background as a Project Manager and Planning Engineer. His expertise extends to managing the delivery of large aviation, telecom, and IT projects.
Kostis Valaris holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and the University of Surrey, respectively.
