Rania Bilalaki is the Investor Relations Director of R Energy 1 Holdings since January 2023. She joined R Energy 1 with a long and diversified experience in the Financial Services, Telecommunications and IT industries, including 10 years of exposure in the international capital markets.
She has a strong track record in Investor Relations for multinational and local organizations listed on foreign exchanges (NASDAQ, Euronext) and the Athens Stock Exchange. Throughout her 20-year tenure in companies like MetLife American insurance corporation, Telecom Italia Mobile’s Greek subsidiary (WIND Hellas), companies of the Intracom Group and more, she successfully managed complex communication challenges and gained extensive experience in extraordinary team performance financing transactions like: IPOs, mergers & acquisitions/leveraged buyouts, debt restructuring and corporate restructuring, as well as in Bancassurance in the EMEA region.
Rania Bilalaki holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the American College of Greece, Deree College, in Athens and an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management, in Milan.
