Rania Bilalaki has served as the M&A Strategy and Investor Relations Director of R Energy1 Holdings since January 2023. She brings extensive and diversified experience across Financial Services, Telecommunications, IT, and Energy sectors, including 10 years of exposure to international capital markets.
She has a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and investor relations for multinational and local organizations listed on NASDAQ, Euronext, and the Athens Stock Exchange. Throughout her career at companies such as MetLife, Telecom Italia Mobile’s Greek subsidiary (WIND Hellas), and Intracom Group, she has led complex strategic and financing transactions—including IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt restructurings, and corporate turnarounds—while ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and critical communications.
At R Energy1, she oversees group-level M&A and capital structure transactions, including transaction strategy, structuring, and coordination of advisors, in close collaboration with the Board and shareholders.
Rania holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the American College of Greece (Deree College) in Athens and an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
